Stained Niqab?

We've all been there, right? STAINED up your favorite niqab/hijab and just threw it away. Well, you don't have to with these simple steps to help remove stains. There are also many other options to consider when removing stains. This blog is just sharing a few. Don't forget to share this with a friend.

Oxi Clean spray/powder

  1.  Spray the Oxi Clean directly onto the spot or stain until saturated
  2. Rub into fabric and let it stand for up to 10 minutes depending on the severity of the stain.
  3. Wash the niqab with your normal detergent and method of wash.

Tide to go Stain Remover

This one is my favorite and totally the best

  1. Test on hidden area prior to use as some fabrics may be susceptible to color change
  2. press the tip onto the stain to release some stain remover solution onto the stain. (This step is important because it's easy to overlook since it just looks like a marker)
  3. Rub tip gently across stain to remove it. When necessary, add more liquid and continue rubbing gently.
  4. Wash the niqab with your normal detergent and method of wash.

Liquid Dish Detergent

This one's a no brainer and a total life saver for many things other than your stained niqab.

  1. apply a small amount of soap directly to the stain with a little water and rub it in
  2. let it sit for up to 10 minutes
  3. rinse it out BEFORE regularly washing

Makeup Remover

Makeup stains on niqabs are common and an easy hack is makeup remover-the same thing we use to take it off our face with

  1. you can use any brand (WITHOUT OIL)
  2. you can use makeup remover wipes if you see the stain in action
  3. apply a small amount with a pad/q-tip and wipe away
  4. wash as usual

Hopefully you benefited from these tips and now have a clean niqab, thank me later, make sure you tell a friend to tell a friend and share the love. assalamu aleikum.
